Chris is one of the Region’s most experienced estate agents, having started work in the industry on leaving school in 1978. Working exclusively in the North East, Chris has established an enviable reputation and a detailed knowledge of the market. Becoming somewhat disillusioned with ‘corporate’ agency, Chris established Goodfellows in June 2015 with the aim of harmonising traditional values with the best of modern technology.
Chris lives with his wife Sylvia, daughter Amelia and pets Polly, a Cairn terrier and 2 cats, Rumba and Buster. With a passion for Northumbrian and social history, Northern art and an eclectic taste in music, Chris also enjoys walking and occasional gardening.

A native of Ponteland, Kerry now lives with husband Steven and young son Josh, in Cramlington. Away from work, Kerry enjoys the outdoor life, exercise and socialising with family and friends.
Sylvia has considerable business experience, running a successful contract cleaning business for over 20 years, as well as more recently a popular lifestyle shop/workshop. It was on selling that business that Sylvia joined Goodfellows to help out with the ‘family’ business. Sylvia has a friendly, helpful manner and will often be seen out showing prospective buyers and tenants around properties.
Sylvia lives in Woolsington with husband Chris, daughter Amelia, 2 cats and a dog. Sylvia still enjoys running her cleaning business, walking, cycling, politics, crafts and a good drama…
Jayne has enjoyed an extensive and successful career in sales across Europe, the Gulf States and the Far East, before returning to the family business on the arrival of her daughters, Maxine and Natasha, before branching out into consultancy and event management.
After joining a corporate estate agency in 2016, gaining valuable experience dealing in property throughout Northumberland, Cumbria, Newcastle and Durham, Jayne was keen to return to a more service led approach to agency, joining Goodfellows in May 2021 as a Sales and Lettings Advisor.
Jayne enjoys spending time in the company of her family, friends and dog, Alfie, and also enjoys cooking, walking, travelling and racket sports. Jayne is also an avid reader and is a regular of Netflix, loving a good drama.
