Farm Business Tenancy

The land is sold subject to a Farm Business Tenancy to a neighbouring farmer. The Farm Business Tenancy is for a term of 10 years commencing on 1st April 2010 until noon on 31st March 2020. Vacant possession can be available from noon on the 31st March 2020 by serving 12 months notice in advance of the termination date.

The current rent is £2,860 per annum which is payable in advance on 1st April each year.
