Both Linda and Ninder have vast experience in estate agency, whilst Emily has a strong background in both property and administration, also acting as PA to Chris Goodfellow, who said ‘Linda, Emily and Ninder bring a breadth of knowledge and experience, which will further enhance the positive experience Clients have when they trust us to sell, let or manage their properties. Already, they have each made a valuable contribution to our work, as we strive to maintain and improve our reputation of providing the highest standard of service and achieving great results.’
Goodfellows were named Best Estate Agent in Northumberland along with the Bronze Award for the whole of the North East at the prestigious ESTAS Awards held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London on Friday 14 th October. Lynne Pearse, James Gambles, Sylvia and Chris Goodfellow were there to collect the award at the event hosted by popular property TV personality Phil Spencer. Goodfellows has always been a very customer focussed business, with this Award being the icing on the cake of a very successful year for the locally owned family business. Chris Goodfellow said that ‘This Award is recognition for all the hard work our team puts in to ensure our client’s dreams of a move come true and we achieve the very best results for them. As the economic outlook changes, clients can rest assured that good customer service will remain at the heart of everything we do, helping our vendors and purchasers make the move they so desire.’
Following our Appeal earlier this year, for items to help victims of the Ukranian crisis, Goodfellows Chillingham Road, Heaton branch has continued to act as a collection point. On Wednesday 20 th July, we were delighted to make a substantial delivery of goods including prams, cots, toys and toiletries to St Vincent’s Centre in Newcastle, to help those still in need. Jayne Holland, our ever helpful Branch Manager at Heaton, orchestrated the collection and said she was delighted with the response, confirming the generous nature of local communities.
