Team Goodfellows will be taking part in the Macmillan Mighty Hike Challenge in the Summer of 2022 on the beautiful Northumberland coast. To kickstart our campaign, we have decided not to send company Christmas cards this year and instead, have donated £100 towards our target. Goodfellows are delighted to be sponsoring Ponteland United Sharks for the 2021-21 Season. This follows on from our recent sponsorship at Ponteland Rugby Club and financial support for a back lane rewilding project in Heaton. Chris Goodfellow commented ‘As a local family business, it really is great to be able to put something back into the local area. Local sports and community groups form the backbone of our communities and we will always try to do our bit to help in any way we can’.
Goodfellows have signed up to become board sponsors for Ponteland Ruby Football Club for the 2021-2022 season. The landscape surrounding the pitch has changed following the completion of the new schools and leisure complex. Chris Goodfellow said ‘This has been a challenging time for Ponteland Rugby Club, but Goodfellows are delighted to help where we can, to support this fantastic and important part of Ponteland sporting life’.
We are delighted with our new beer mats, adorning the bar tables of The Pont Tap, a fabulous micropub just over the road from our office in Ponteland. And if you mention them when you have a Free Valuation (without obligation) from us, we’ll happily treat you to a couple of pints across the road. So remember, if you want a pint or a property...keep it local!
